Rose City Wholesale utilizes the latest security technology to protect your personal information. All information you submit to us is securely encrypted using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This process makes it extremely difficult for anyone to access or decode the information. The information you provide us will remain confidential and will only be used for shipping and billing purposes. We will not sell, trade or give away your personal information!

Payment Methods

Rose City Wholesale accepts these credit cards online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept International Credit Cards. All international orders need to be completed by telephone or fax.

You may also wish to send us a check or place your order on account for a credit purchase. These orders need to be completed by telephone or fax.

After filling out our online checkout form an invoice number will be generated and an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. A payment receipt will be sent to you with the merchandise. Please keep this payment receipt for reference in case of exchange or refund.

The order confirmation that is provided online at the time of your order does not serve as your official receipt. The official receipt is the payment receipt that is mailed to you with the merchandise.

Your Order

Sometimes Rose City Wholesale has to place orders on the products it sells months in advance to keep the products it advertises in stock. However, we are at the mercy of manufacturers and cannot guarantee that all items will be available at the time of your order. If the product is not in stock we will ask you if you wish to backorder the product until becomes available.

Rose City Wholesale makes a conscientious effort to describe and display its products and services accurately. Despite these efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. Rose City Wholesale reserves the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. Should a pricing discrepancy occur, bring it to our attention within 72 hours for a possible refund.

Items returned to Rose City Wholesale may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Sales Tax Information

We do not charge sales tax.

Shipping Options and Charges

We will begin processing your orders on the first business day it arrives. Business days are from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm PT. After 3:30 pm PT all orders are considered to be for the next business day processing. It takes up to 2 business days for processing. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not counted as business days.

Orders will be shipped no later than the 3rd business day (Saturday and Sunday do not count) providing product is in stock. Example: If your order is placed on Friday it will not ship until Tuesday of the following week. If there is any delay, we will contact you immediately, either by email or by phone.

If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please call us at 1 (888) 433-6867. We ship UPS Standard Ground within the 48 contiguous United States unless another shipping method is requested with your order. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If a Three Day Select order leaves our facility on Friday it will not arrive at its destination until Tuesday of the following week.

Refunds & Exchanges

Shopping is easy with Rose City Wholesale. All refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted when merchandise is returned in its original unused condition with the original payment receipt. A credit for the amount of the product will be issued on the credit card used on the payment receipt. A credit confirmation will be sent to you by mail. There will be NO credit for the shipping and handling amount. If the original payment receipt is not included with your refund or exchange merchandise, a store credit will be issued when the merchandise is returned in its original unused condition.

To make a refund or exchange, please call 1 (888) 433-6867 or email sales@rosecitywholesale.com for a return authorization number. Return the product and receipt in its original packaging and box. Place the return authorization number on the outside of the box.

Missing Product

If you’re missing a product please check to see if it is on back order. If there are missing products from your delivery, you must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing products. Any claims for missing product made after that time can not be honored. Once we are reasonably satisfied that the product was not delivered to you then we will arrange for a re-delivery of the missing product.

Product Quality Guarantee

We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon of delivery. If a problem occurs within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at our option. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or shipping damage. After 30 days the warranty is covered by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for return process.
